BRAZIL IN WW2
.
Political situation
Brazil’s priorities is politics were to build a strong military power like we mentioned before and also industrialization. The country had also a relationship with the United States and closer ties to the powers of Nazi Germany, Italy and Japan. Germany was the biggest buyer of Brazil's cotton and the main supplier of weapons to Brazil, so it means they had a good bond. And that was when the “Good Neighbor” policy was launched due to concern they had that the South American Region could shift away from the U.S. This policy gave economic and cultural assistance to Brazil.
